Lead Counsel in negotiating and drawing up of agreement, for the Financing of 150 Homes for Ashanti Goldfields Estates, it was a 6.5 Million U.S Dollar Funding

Counsel in charge of negotiations for land, building permits, approvals and purchase contracts for Trassaco Estates Development Company Limited. A Multimillion Dollar Real  Estate Company In Ghana

Tema Oil Refinery

Represented Tema Oil Refinery in negotiating of refinancing.  It was worth 750 Million US Dollars

Ghana National Petroleum Company (GNPC)

External Counsel on the Jubilee Oil Field Negotiations, advising  Government of Ghana and GNPC on the English Law Provisions for the unitization and Unit operating agreement. Worked together with Counsels of Jubilee Partners (Kosmos, Tullow, Anadarko and Sabre Oil)

Advising Oranto Petroleum, Cirrus/Vitol, AGM and Plethora Bay on their oil blocks and in negotiations and reviews of various petroleum agreements with GNPC, Ministry of Petroleum, Attorney General’s department, Petroleum Commission and Ghana Revenue Authority.
